THE COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION WAS CONDUCTED ALONGSIDE A ROUTINE INSPECTION. SEE ROUTINE INSPECTION CONDUCTED ON APRIL 4, 2023 FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE WAS INFORMED OF THE COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND A FULL INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED WITH AN EMPHASIS ON THE FOOD ITEMS CONSUMED BY THE COMPLAINANT. THE STAFF WAS INTERVIEWED TO ASSESS THEIR FOOD SAFETY KNOWLEDGE AND THEY WERE ABLE DEMONSTRATE PROPER FOOD SANITATION PRACTICES. IN ADDITION, NO EMPLOYEES REPORTED BEING ILL AROUND THE TIME THE COMPLAINANT ATE AT THE RESTAURANT. IN ADDITION, FACILITY MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION MET CODE. OVERALL, NO PRIORITY VIOLATIONS WERE NOTED, AND THE INSPECTION COULD NOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE SYMPTOMS EXPERIENCED BY THE COMPLAINANT. |
